Corn Fritters Recipe
Ingredients:
One pint of cooked sweet corn, cut from cob, or canned corn may be used.
1/2 cup sweet milk
1 well beaten egg
1 teaspoonful of salt
Directions:
Drop in hot lard or butter, and fry a nice
brown.
